Inner Mongolia Mengniu Dairy (Group) Company Limited (Meng Niu Dairy) leads the dairy industry in China as the champion of both the Top 100 Growing Enterprises in China and the sales volume of UHT milk in the world. Our company is located in the core area of Shengle Economic Zone of Helinggeer County in Inner Mongolia which is Chinese Dairy Capital. It was the capital of Beiwei Dynasty 1,600 years ago, during which it was quite prosperous. Six years ago, Meng Niu Dairy laid foundation here and developed its business from the vast grassland to the whole domestic market and from HK onto the foreign stage.

Meng Niu Dairy was sponsored by natural individuals and was founded in August, 1999. Within a short period of 6 years, the sales income of our main business has amounted from No. 1116 to No. 2. The amount of daily milk collection is 8,800 metric tons, among which, the sales of UHT milk takes the first place in the world. The sales of both of liquid milk and ice cream list at the No. 1 in China. At the Fifth CEO Summit Conference of Chinese Developing Enterprises in 2002, Meng Niu Dairy took first place among Chinese Top 100 Growing Enterprises with a growth rate of 1947.31% and became one of the leading enterprises of the dairy industry in China.

On June 10th in 2004, Meng Niu Dairy was listed at the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange Market, and became the first private dairy company to be listed abroad. With a rise of 24.2% on the listing day, our company has created the highest oversubscription rate of both individual investors and institutional investors at the second quarter of the global issue and gained the champion of the best IPO in HK in 2004.

Meng Niu Dairy set up nearly 4,000 modernized milk stations which initiated the idea of "Sauna Treatment Workshop for Milk Transportation Trucks" to ensure the milk resources are sanitary. We have also imported the top level technologies and equipment in the world to set up the only "International Model Plant" and "International Model Dairy Farm" in China. We possess the most advanced stand-alone workshop with the most product lines with the biggest processing capacity of fresh milk and highest degree of intellectualization in the world, carrying out the philosophy of quality equals morality to the utmost. In addition, Meng Niu's products have been approved by five verification systems, including ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, GMP and HACCP and have been authenticated as Green Foods. A special technology called Flash Cooling cuts down a certain percentage of moisture content from the pure milk, leaving a better taste for Meng Niu milk.

Currently, Meng Niu Dairy has set up more than 40 production bases in over 15 provinces in China, with our products covering the whole state. They are also exported to different countries and regions in the world, including Mongolia, the USA and Southeast Asia. Our company is the largest milk exporter in China with more than 100 kinds of products, including the series of liquid milk, ice cream and milk powder.
