Brief Product Introduction:
It applies with 10.64um CO2 laser which is focused on the surface of work piece,
the laser machine can control the laser beam moving as the setting speed and power
to make the material vaporize instantly, and to fulfill the engraving and cutting
work. The machine has compact dimension, high working stability and strong software
function. It has been the latest flexible cutting system for high quality products
of all kinds of non-metal material.

Application Field and Applicable Materials:
It can engrave and cut almost all kinds of non metal material such as: Organic Material,
Inorganic material, composite material. It is suitable for dress, cloth, leather,
furniture, package printing, advertisement decoration, architecture, paper produce,
artwork, mould sheet, photographer and electron package field, etc.

Hardware characteristics:
Imported Linear Guide: ensure smooth and precision moving at high speed.
The optional double-head or multi-head cutting system: It can greatly improve the
efficiency and reduce the production cost.
These DY series laser cutting/engraving machines are driven by high speed servo/step
motors and the adoption of speed-reduction precision belts makes the movement
more stable. These laser machines adopt fixed cutting platform, and penetrating
design along Y-axis ensures its ability to cut relatively long objects.
High speed mechanical movement system, sound cutting performance, and has no saw-tooth which particularly suitable for high speed precision cutting and engraving.
Aluminum honey comb worktable: suitable for cloth, paper etc flexible material engraving and cutting.

Special narrow aluminum platform: suitable for Plexiglas and wood. It can maximum
protect the machining material from the reflecting light. It lightens system weight
and enhances system stability. The chiller box with alarming function can
ensure the safety of machine performance. The front and back cover of machine can
be opened easily for cutting over-length object. 'Cutting length' is unrestricted.
It supplies different worktable according to different materials.

Software characteristics: Patent software, can also be specially designed as customer's
request. Compatible with PLT, DXF, DWG, BMP, HPGL, NC file from Auto CAD,
CorelDraw from special application software. It has all kinds of fonts and the
functions of drawing split and combination. Vector and raster photos can be edited,
setting different cutting or engrave parameters for one file to get the best
result. Enough memory capacity can realize the offline operation.
