Design Features
MA coaxial Series
The MA coaxial series loudspeaker is fitted with a coaxial cone transducer .It features a coaxial point source in the transducer unit structure . this eliminates phase differences between high and low frequencies .and it provides no distortions due to distance and time differences among source points . driven by the coaxial structure ,the sound spreads in perfect conic symmetry. Setup of cabinet : The cabinet is made up of 7 walls with only one pair of symmetric walls, Therefore , internal standing waves are dramatically reduced . the inner wall is divided into several smaller areas by sling-like standing wave incising Braces . Each area has its own resonance frequency . According to acoustics theory, this structure can not only reduce and nearly eliminate standing waves ,but also enhances the rididity of the cabinet . Therefore , fewer sound absorption materials are needed and employed , so inner equivalent volume is enlarged. In a further attempt to eliminate the sonic contamination the 7-walls structure forms an anomaly prism . Compared to traditional structures(a cube can introduce a +/-5dB variation to the amplitude response of a loudspeaker),it reduces diffraction by 5dB.
Additionally , the horns are not fixed on axle wires ,this lessens sound diffraction in cabinet . The cabinet is made up of special plywood . with flying points ,it guarantees both that they are safe on fixed installations and that they are great for Rental installtions.
The loudspeakers can be placed on Stand, suspended from overhead, or combined as a matrix at wall . the enclosure includes a 45slanted wall which makes it optimum for the stage monitor application and vertical loudspeaker arrays . the standard model is fitted a handle and a standard 1.4" stand socket .
