surface, high mechanical strength and non-reacting with the melten metal being filtered
in high temperature, but also with properties of easy operation, energy-saved
and low cost . It can improve the cast quality in large scale. Molten Aluminum & Alloy: (aluminium oxide)
on the basis of aluminium oxide, specifically designed for aluminum filtration
Applied Temperture: up to 1200C
Pore Size:10-50 PPI Molten Iron & Alloy: SiC (Silicon Carbide)
for nodular iron castings, grey iron castings and malleable castings, and for the
filtration of non-ferrous metals
Applied Temperture: up to 1500C
Pore Size:10-35 PPI Molten Atainless Steel,Alloy & other metal in precision molding: (Zirconia Based)
for steel filtration on the basis of zirconia
Applied Temperture: up to 1700C

Main products are ceramic foam filters which is used for filtering the fluid metal during casting process so as to achieve high quality casting parts. Our continuous cast iron bars meet and are equivalent with international standards, such as ASTM a48 classes 35-40, gg25, fc25, fgl 250 and bs 1452 grade 17 for grey iron bars, and ASTM a536-84 65-45-12, ggg40, fcd45 and bs 2789 sng 27/12 for sg ductile iron bars. Custom specifications and technical requirements from customers are also acceptable and can be produced. We have exported our products to many countries and regions like USA, Japan, Germany, southeast Asia, etc.
