Guangdong Fenglu Aluminium Company Limited, a leading aluminium extrusion manufacturer in China and Asia, has 2 manufacturing bases in Guangdong province, China. It has an area of 350,000 square meters, more than 1,500 employees including 150 engineers, and has an capacity of processing 100,000 tons of aluminium extruded products per year, including mill finish, anodized, electrophoretic, powder coated, PVDF, Bright Dip, thermal barriers and intensively machined or welded products. This capacity is expected to increase to 200,000 metric tons in a few years. We mainly produce 6000 series extrusions, but not limited to.
Since the establishment of the company in 1990, we have designed and produced more than 500 series with 12,000 section dies. These aluminium extrusions are mainly applied to windows, doors, curtain wall fixture, transportation, architecture, trackways, glasshouses, heat sinks, electronics, etc.. We have our own Die House which can produce more than 2,000 sets of new dies each month and our own R&D center. We mainly produce standard shapes as well as OEM&ODM. Years of experiences and the application of scientific management, we have obtained various of quality certificates including TUV and ISO 9002:94, Certificate for product exemption from quality surveillance inspection in China, Famous trade mark in Guangdong Province, China, etc.. In both bases, we have 2 power plants,5 smelters,3 homogenizing furnaces,3 foundry machines,5 artificial aging furnaces,21 extrusion presses,3 anodizing production lines including the biggest one in China,3 powder coating lines(including PVDF),2 thermal barrier production lines,2 intensive machining lines,1 testing center and 1 wasted water treatment center as well as many other quality testing equipments for all the extrusions.
